I know this has been asked before but I just got the new msn, and the new Messenger Plus. I've checked off the tab in the Plus> Preferences to open numerous accounts at once but I can't figure out how to actually do it?? Please somebody help! I greatly appreciate it!

Well, you need it checked for it to work. Once it's checked, simply open up a new WLM from your desktop, start menu, etc. then log in to the other account.
