Its probably just part of their name, by the looks of it anyway, ive seen heaps of strange things in nicknames like that as well as little houses and stuff lol :)

That's not the point, if you look at the sections highlighted you will notice that in the cleanup wizard, the characters are not reversed like they are in the other windows.

In fact characters are reversed in the Clean-up wizard. Contact List and tab show it correctly, but Clean-up wizard shows characters in the wrong order.

Edit: I think this is not a bug. It is how Messenger Plus! works. If you use a Plus! translation which is R-to-L then it would show the name correct. But in this case you are using a Left-to-Right translation of Plus! and normally your contacts shouldn't use Right-to-Left languages in their screen name. So such errors should be tolerated, IMO.

Yes, that's RTL, which's Arabic.
I've typed in the same text into Google Translator and the English Translation was "The Highest Level" lol...
Other than that I don't know whether it's a bug or not.

EDIT: Gosh, now I've understood, what's in the tab means "The Highest Level" (Translated by Google), but I think it gets scrambled because you are using an LTR version of MP!L, which if you use an RTL version, you would see it properly.

That's unfortunately a limitation of the Windows subsystem, there's nothging I can do about this directly, sorry (the bug would probably fix itself depending on the extended language options you set in your Regional Settings).
