I have the same problem as the guy with the NEW MALWARE thread.. im trying to follow the steps, but when I try to reboot into safe mode, my popup comes up for me to enter my admin password, but it wont let me enter anything into the field so I am forced to do a hard reboot.  Please help me get rid of this Virus. 
I'm getting really cranky with my wife for putting it on my pc and it's not helping the bedroom if you catch my drift!  I HATE RETADPU32.EXE !!!!
