Can anyone help me please
i've hade msn live plus for over a year now and it was perfect.
until a problem i discovered yesterday.
When i logged on all the names of my contacts were in cade instead of colour which they normally. The first thing i tried was logging off and logging back on just incase it was just a short blip in the system. But no luck so i uninstalled all my msn files and tried to reinstall them....guess what, no luck
can anyone help me please???

Have you tried:
1. Uninstall WLM
2. Uninstall Plus!
3. Delete WLM folder in Program Files (still called MSN Messenger for some reason)
4. Delete Plus! folder in same
5. Reinstall WLM
6. Reinstall Plus!
Don't worry, you won't lose anything except any Plus! custom settings and scripts that you have.

You shouldn't suggest people to re-install if there's no direct need to!
Try to go to your Plus! Preferences and choose "Customize". Make sure that the 4th checkbox is checked!
