Hello, i'd like to report an issue.

Everytime I sign into windows live messenger, or talk to people as well as send music and other files etc, also it does this when i miniimize it for a few minutes then open it up again..it won't respond.. It 'freezes' up then it says it's not responding, but i have to click the heading bar before it says "Windows Live Messenger (Not Responding). If i wait a few seconds/min(s) it will go away, but then do it again eventually later. Other times i have to shut down Windows Live, and then sign in again. Sometimes it happens every few min. It's pretty annoying, and i dont know what the problem is. I never had this problem on MSN Messenger, only on Windows Live.

OK what messenger addons do you have installed?

did you remove them all and see if the same thing happened?

Yeah I've uninstalled them all. I don't think i've installed any addons either, the only things i've downloaded are the new msn versions.

But maybe I did, how would i find them, just to make sure if i have any addons or not?

uhm, i'm not totally sure..the things i found that i spotted were uh..

MSN Toolbar

Some msn gaming zone.

That's all i found..side from things like photo uploader, msn explorer, msn apps..etc. But I don't think they're addons..are they?

P.S sorry i'm kinda stupid at these things

I just need to know which ones you had installed.

The only addon i have is "SweetIM"

There is half the problem...SweetIM is known to cause many problems, I suggest removing it and then see if it still happens.
