How about hitting enter a few times in a row? Just playing. These things are annoying and the majority of folks here won't create things like this.

How about no? Nobody needs a text flooder. If they are possible at all they are highly annoying and only good for bad things.
If someone is bothering you you best tell them to stop it or block them. Don't lower yourself to their methods.

Not possible because MsgPlus! has a limit of how many messages a script can send in a minute so that people can't make such scripts.

Though I strongly advise not to spam your contacts with nudges as A) it's damn right annoying; and B) Can crash some peoples WLM.
