Is it possible to have a webcam floating around, rather than in the convo?
Because, most of the time I miss things that make me laugh, as I am browsing the internet.
I was hoping someone could make/link me to one, that sits on top of everything you go on.

It might be possible by specifing a certain area on the msn chat window and copying it to a new window every certain number of seconds. It wouldnt be 100% live but im sure it could be done
