Is it the infamous 'My Photos 2007' one, thats rather annoying, and lethal.

Try taking a look at this link, it seems to be the latest messenger virus going round. If that is the virus you have, you can use this to remove it. Or any other spyware removal tool should do the trick.

Viruses are always on the loose! Weather its from files you downloaded from a site or your friends sent it to you via messenger, it's a big problem.

There are a few things you can do such as always confirm that your contact sent it to you and it wasn't an automated message. Also make sure you have a good anti-virus that's always updated.

Here are some free anti-viruses that you can download (in no particular order).

Or try either of these free online scanners
All are Free.

Remember the best virus defence is common sense and always check with your contact!

it is actually a trojan..
i also got that file yesterday.
so if you got any message contains a photo or if it's a .exe file or zip file, just ignore it..
it's very danger for your computer..

I hate those and the best protection is

Avast Home or Pro
Ad-Aware Pro 2007

I rarely catch a virus. Only when i download something i know im not suppose to but  they always delete it before it gets into my system
