Looking for a photoshop tutorial (Example Included) by Jhrono on 08-17-2007 at 05:58 PM

Hi there.

See this stock photo? See the brushes behind the microphone? I don't know how those are called :(. I was planning to use them on something I'm working on but I need to learn how to do them first (a).

If anyone has got a good tutorial or at least tips on how to search I'd appreciate it!

Thanks!

That is not a photo at all -- it appears to be a 100% drawing.

To a limited degree, it can probably be done in Photoshop, but the Adobe application intended for such work (and much more capable at it) is Illustrator.  If you are serious about it, get Illustrator and some training materials for it (Illustrator is not as easy to figure out "as you go" as Photoshop).

Thanks everyone! I managed to do what I desired :p I guess the correct name is simply vector brushes (or elements ?)..

Oh and thanks for the tip Adeptus!
