[Help!] Browser Error pages - Printable Version

I am sure that this is a stupid question, but I can't for the life of me work out how to solve the problem. Basically, I have had Tiscali Broadband for a long time, and recently lots of "Page cannot be found"-like errors in both IE and FF2 have changed to Tiscali branded ones. Does anyone know how to stop this?

Well no, your ISP cannot connect to the server it is looking for so it plays back its own error page. With the ads displayed this is really bad, you pay for a service and they should not plague you with advertisements. Tiscali is an awful provider

is it just displaying it for when a dns record cannot be found?, try switching to opendns
