Flash Problems by Chunk1993 on 08-26-2007 at 10:31 AM

Whenever I use Flash content it says I havent installed it. But I have (many times) and it really annoying me....

Can someone help or tell me how to solve it?

Ok im trying it now :D

It said

Adobe Flash player 9 failed to install. For troubleshooting tips, please see http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_19166

Try this then :) its a standalone installer instead of online, make sure you close all instances of internet explorer before installation :)

Once you have Adobe Flash Player installed, you should already be able to play downloaded *.swf-files from your hard disk with your browser

-Right-click the *.swf- file and then click Open With.

-In the Open With dialog box, Click the on browser you want. (IE6 or 7,Firefox,....,)

-Select the Always use the selected program to open this kind of file check box.

Just to open. The old versions always had it but the new versions ripped it out. I have them to open in a web browser at the moment but it's annoying this way.

Im not sure, i think you can play them, but you might actually need Flash to do what you want, not sure.
