okay i have this fileld out as below...

Email address: *my email adress*                                               
                                                                                         
Email server:    pop.mail.yahoo.com           Port: 995

User name:      *my email adress*

Password:       * my password*

This server requires an encrypted connection (ssl) *ticked*

Email client: http://www.yahoo.com/r/m1

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

and it still gives me this..

"the mail server could not be contacted or refused your information
please check your settings and try again."

i dont want to use outlook express though i want msn to tell me that i hvae emails then link me to them via an explorer

Are you sure your Yahoo account supports POP3? If it does you can find every setting you need in the help/settings section of your Yahoo account.

i cant find no help/option only accoutn information man im scared

Well, look in account information if it says anything about POP3 (if it's available and/or settings to enable it). If it does support POP3 surely the settings you need are mentioned somewhere.
