Hello! I have a contact in my account that I want to show in my desktop... but when I right click on it it doesn't let me do anything. The options are shaded grey and I just can't do anything with it. The only option that it lets me see is the chat log. Can anyone help me?

check that they don't have 2 emails listed, by going...right click on contact -> Edit Details
Those contacts more than likely have more that 1 email listed somewhere, so I suggest checking every single detail.

MattyRid and all others who see this post, I found a solution to this problem. My reply to very strange, greyed out functions
Please don't suggest people to remove other mail addresses of their contacts anymore, suggest my method.
