Something like the Marqee one, but something just simple nothing fancy.

e.g. the choice of what to scroll it with (-, ::::, ;;;, ___)

The choice of which direction to scroll it
And the refresh rate, timing of how fast it scrolls.

I'm not sure if i posted this right, if i've done something wrong please tell me.

You can't update Personal Messages fast enough for them to look animated.
