Has anyone heard of it? I want to download the addon but i want to know if its safe or not.

It's safe, but the public version has some flaws/bugs. But it won't prevent you from using it. I recommend you to download it.

I soooo want this where can i get the downloader for 2.0? i've only found 1.3 and it doesn't work well with WLM

Its safe , MessengerDiscovery 2.0 isn't out yet but the the next beta might be public beta.

MD 2 won't be out any time soon, if you like to download 1.3, MDL site is down at moment ,but you can get it from here: LINK Exit your messenger from system tray before installing.
If you use AVG antivirus, it prevents MDL to be installed, you need to disable it or use other antivirus. After installing, go to settings and disable MDL Today to not get advertising popups during logging into messenger.

ive installed 1.3 but my contacts were complaining that they couldn't send me messages
