I have an ATI X1950 Pro and I'm satisfied with it and it meets your price range :)

If you are looking for something cheaper you can try an nVidia 7600GT but it's not that good (I have both).

Btw, are you interested in DX10?

I also have a ATI X1950 Pro and I'd recommend it to you. It's quite cheap too.

100 £? Not even in the "darkest market" in the whole wide world.

DX10 is DirectX10.
There aren't many games that support it yet, but if your game and your graphics card support it you will get amazing graphics (example: Crysis: Notice that it says DX10 on the top.)
Games that support DX10 usually work with DX9 but you miss the good graphics and it's up to the developer if they want to support DX9 or not.
High-end DX10 cards though are expensive.

Please correct me if I'm wrong :)

i think the 8600 might be in your price range. i live in australia so i dont know the price over there. i dont recommend the 7300GT and its a bit of waste of money, if you want to buy something from the series get at least a 7600GT and a 256mb or 512mb one at that. but i recommend a 8600GT or a 7900GT.
