A disgruntled employee stole my password on my hotmail account and after we called the authorities the account was returned. The problem is now I do not know what he did but when i try to change the password i click on the link that was sent to me and it just says loading and does not go any further. I have let it run for hours and tried it on several different computers. I do not know if somehow he blocked it from being able to be changed or even accessed. Can anyone help me here.

Sorry to hear that, from where are you trying to change it? from the accoutn services page?

What I can recommend is trying to access that link with Mozilla Firefox.
