Recently A person came up to me and told me to turn on my bluetooth RE: Bluetooth hacked.. by NiteMare on 11-16-2007 at 12:59 AM he didn't hack anything, you gave him access when you gave him your pin RE: Bluetooth hacked.. by Hotdeal on 11-16-2007 at 01:18 AM
okay, but how'd he use my phone as a modem RE: Bluetooth hacked.. by MattyRid on 11-16-2007 at 01:23 AM Professional Hustler. Simple as that. By setting your phone's bluetooth visibility to hidden it can make it harder for your phone to be exposed to hustlers RE: Bluetooth hacked.. by markee on 11-16-2007 at 01:29 AM It is a real shame that bluejacking is becoming more popular RE: Bluetooth hacked.. by Hotdeal on 11-16-2007 at 01:35 AM I read up more on this and apparently it's called "Bluesnarfing" RE: Bluetooth hacked.. by saralk on 11-16-2007 at 01:37 AM

Hey man RE: Bluetooth hacked.. by albert on 11-16-2007 at 02:45 AM This is indeed getting more and more popular as multi-function phones are getting more and more populars.. My advice is to keep your bluetooth off unless needed. RE: Bluetooth hacked.. by andrewdodd13 on 11-16-2007 at 08:50 AM
It's not new either. When I first got my K750i back when it came out, I got a program called Bloover and I could rip quite a lot of files off people's phones. Without their consent - there was originally a bug in the way Bluetooth was implemented. |
