I believe that it would be fair that all Windows Live Messenger official beta testers be also beta testers for Plus!. Because this way new versions of Plus! can be tested in all types of different enviroments and situations.

I don't think so, generally patchou wouldn't be horribly concerned with Plus! not working properly with a BETA version of WLM, since BETAs change too often and he'd have to be constantly releasing updates... seems kinda counter productive.

There's enough people that will be using the betas that are testers that it doesn't matter. Stop trying to get yourself in on the beta because of your WLM Beta tester status.

Im justing saying against possible API changes, it would be nice if Plus! was already compatible with the final version.

Don't you think that it would be better to have people with good understand of plus more than those who have access to finding a bug here and there? I would hate for Patchou to give it to people just because they are WLM tester, that is not a good enough reason.

pretty much everyone can be a wlm beta tester eventually and we all know how wlm betas always get leaked, so no, we dont want newb leakers here
There are enough plus testers as said multiple times anyway

my opinion on that is why should microsoft be the ones to decide who is a plus beta test and who isn't, and thats what your saying, automaticaly giving wlm beta testers the plus! beta's that give patchou no control over it

So basically you want "WLM testers" to be beta tester as well... just because you're a WLM Butterfly and would become a tester? Just change the subject of the thread to "Should I become a Plus! beta tester?".. more to the point and less hypocritical.
