In a chat window, you can send voice clips as a message (by holding F2 and talking into a microphone).
A good idea is that a script could convert text into sound (Microsoft Sam) and send it through the send voice clip feature.

Actually, that's not what I meant.
What I meant is the script SENDS THEM a sound clip through the MSN voice clip sender.

Well, getting closer.
What I mean is that:
1. You type in text
2. The script coverts that text into sound (eg. Microsoft Sam)
3. The script sends the clip to the other contact to be played by a speaker.
