i have a problem with  icon changing, because i can't change a sharing folder icon in the contact list window and the conversation window.
I use a WLM9, and maybe the 2 icon ID is this:
Contact List Window: Id="978"
Conversation Window: Id="1444"

I write a link in the S.I.xml:

<Replace>
   <Graphics>
       <Pictures>
   <Picture Id="978"><File>images/978.png</File></Picture>
   <Picture Id="1444"><File>images/1444.png</File></Picture>
       </Pictures>
   </Graphics>
</Replace>

What is the problem with this?

You have to edit the styles for the Sharing Folders icon.

Open up 920 (convframe)\920 Style.txt

Sharing folder one has different versions depending on XP or Vista.

Easiest way is to replace it with a completely new defined resource in the styles (change 1444 to a 59000+, rather than replace the image directly), otherwise you'll have to define vista resources too.

In the new year I may write a tutorial for changing the Chat Toolbar icons to have the disabled state as well etc

And how can i change a Share folder icon in the Contact List Window (the icon under my display picture, next to the mail icon) ?

Maybe the WLM9 code is this: 978

Same Shit if having problems just change it to load from a new resource in the stylesheet
