Even though it's 7mb you can still submit it to the skins database.  That's different to uploading it to the forums.

You may want to tweak your images though and you could probably get it down to significantly under 7Mb

hmm i dont like it... its too over powering

Is a bit graphic heavy in my opinion BUT a good first skin, I was expecting stuff like the DP's in the WB shield/red spirals where porky pops out at the end of each episode and stuff like that, I think a toned down skin such as that would rock

For i first skin GREAT work! I like it  anyway...

I like it, but its a bit messy and heavy on the eyes. For example the emoticons window would look a lot better with a single colour gradient, rather than that image, and also, the toast looks absolutely disgusting, sorry, but its far too messy, i would hate one of those appearing in my monitor every 5 mins, but for a first skin its pretty good, well done
