Select the skin from the preferences window of Plus!, click the apply button and then restart messenger

Download the latest version of Windows Live Messenger from here and the skins should then work :)

Most skins only support version 8.5 and upwards (as is stated on the compatibility aspect on the skins database)

thats messenger plus! Live not windows live messenger =/, http://get.live.com/messenger/overview download Windows live messenger from the link provided and install it, if everything is right then the skin will work [Image: msn_happy.gif]
