hello! i was wondering if there is a script that i could use so that i can see on my contact list only the contacts that are online,without the offline thing,so just the ones that are online..i think that 8.5 has that option

Yes, this is possible, the option is in Contacts - Filter Contacts by - Online contacts only

This is a feature of messenger itself. Go to Contacts > sort contacts by and choose "Status".

If you rather keep them in groups: keep Groups ticked and make sure you enable "group offline contacts together" is checked.

Edit: or the solution posted by duck above if you really do not want to see them anywhere. Note: this will not remove the group "Offline" (it will only be empty), this group can not be removed.

@ Sunshine i'm afraid that when i choose to sort by status it just stays in the groups by online and offline

i want these online contacts only but i cant find that option.
btw i have 8.0 and i think that that version does not have this what duck has showed me

nothing comes up
i had it like that before when 8.5 was installed,but i just hated the new skin so i got back to 8.0
is there a way to make a script that would help me with this?

you could upgrade to 8.5 and download the old school messenger skin for it to look like 8.0 again
