Not 100% sure if this is the one you mean but if you mean the one that tells you you auto acepted a file transfer (which is the only popup related to file transfers Plus! generates):
uncheck the box in front of "Auto-Accepted req." in Plus > Preferences > Customize! > Events Notifications

If this is not the one you mean please tell me which you do mean, what the popup tells you.

Yes, that annoying popup. I didn't see that in the previous version.
Hmm... I don' have "Auto-Accepted req." in Plus > Preferences > Customize! > Events Notifications... ?
(I still wan't to use auto-accept files)
I was going to suggest this feature before but I had given it up. But now I think I must do it this time.

What about placing a preferences/options link in Plus! toasts just like the wlms'? See the screenshot below. For toasts displayed by Plus! itself (ext. mail notification, event notifications and update notifications) and also for scripts which uses toasts to display some information to their users. Not very essential but it would be a good improvement and would help to Foppah in his problem a lot ;)

seems a good idea, you should be ashamed of your image editing though :P can do better in paint, just set the text box colour BG transparent
