I would like to ask to someone a desire... I want to change the icon above my conversation window.. Now my c.window have the normal icon ...standar like add contact ,share a file, videocall, call ecc.

Well I would like to change the icone and put others kind of icon like my received file , or replace one or leave out another.. In few words I would like to work on the bar above the conversation window and change many things..

How Can I do?? Can anyone help me? Sorry for my question.. if it's already done... but I'm a little bit hurry and i try to find something, but no result..

First, I suggest you read Willz's skinning guide. When you get familiar with the topic, you will need the id's of the icons.

Here they are:

Invite Contact -1441
Shared Files -1444
Block Contact -326
Unblock Contact -327
Activities -1442
Games -1443
Colorization -329
Menu -1489
Call Contact -1447
Video Call -1445

Ok , sorry... but I'm going to ask something else... I know that it exists a id for every icon, but these are standard icons, right?? I would like to now, so.. How can i repleace for exmaple id 1441, with my received files... sorry if i'm boring someone... and please let me understand.. thanks a lot.

All you do is replace it in the skininfo.xml file as explained in the documentation reading through that will help you make a skin easier

The id of the picture indicates which picture it is. If you have replaced it in your skininfo, then the picture will be replaced by the one in your skin's directory.

well and this is very easy to understand.. but How I can remove for example shared files like icon (not the picture but the button) and replace with a button direct to my received files??? A few time ago I found a skin that replace many buttons above window conversation .. I hope it is possible to understand now what i'm looking for..maybe it's not about skinning but other kind of forum...

To do this you would need to change the picture by the method described and then use the definition file to change the function of that button by changing its cmdid
