So i got solution for these.
Solution:
Start > Run >
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 Dssenh.dll
regsvr32 Gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 Slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 Sccbase.dll
regsvr32 Softpub.dll
regsvr32 Wintrust.dll
regsvr32 Initpki.dll
regsvr32 Rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 Mssip32.dll
regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll
regsvr32 Msxml3.dll
Now if one of them is failed or two etc.

Download and run reset.cmd, it takes a while to complete.
If completed ,restart your computer.
Now try again (MSN must be closed)
Start > Run >
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 Dssenh.dll
regsvr32 Gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 Slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 Sccbase.dll
regsvr32 Softpub.dll
regsvr32 Wintrust.dll

And open msn or wmp IT WORKS! And search bar works too.
