Although, I would like some more features in the next release of Messenger +

1) Even if the contact is appearing offline or have blocked if the person has set the "notification" it should always notifiy the person that he/she has come online. ---> Even if the person is appearing offline



Well this is the main one. Please please please do consider my request and make this happen asap.

If this kind of a bot/mod is already out than can someone please PM me so that I'll install it.

If you are going to make one please do that asap. I guess this isn't hard to do.

Simple answer:

No, this won't and most likely can't be done. There is a reason why people sign in appear offline and/or block contacts. Making this visible would defy the purpose of said things. The other aspect as to why it might not even be possible are the signals sent, or rather not sent, by messenger servers.
