Gmail Problems by Th3rmal on 03-01-2008 at 08:43 AM

i accidentally typed my pass into the username place in gmail and now it has remembered my password in the username history. is there any way i can get rid of this without deleting any other history entries?

In the username box, press the down key, which should show the usernames that are saved. Press the down key until you go to the one you want and press the Delete key. It should delete it.

Or if in Firefox, go to Tools > Options > Security > Passwords .. and remove the one you want.

it wasnt a password, it was a username, i pressed log in before i could even type in the password to that username and so it wasnt in the passwords of FF.
