I had a contact in my list and I deleted&blocked him two years ago. Since then, he always appeared as if I am in his contact list. He never deleted me. So I fell in a doubt that his address must have been closed by Microsoft. So I was right because I could sign up for that address. When I signed up, of course I was not in its contact list but in my original address' reverse list, that address was still appearing. So I added both ones to lists of both addresses and things started to work normally, then I deleted both from both contact lists and then I could delete both addresses from Allow lists of both. But after one or two day, that address came to my Allow list again Do you know anything that can be done to get rid of that address completely from my allow&block lists?
