Some how i locked out my 2 admin accounts. I have a a guest account and if i want to manage user accounts or anything it needs admin permission. I can't give any permission as i am locked out so i only really have a guest account.
I can't do anything until the lock-out expires. Once the lock-out has expired will the accounts appear...
can i make them appear now?

Boot into safe mode and unlock them.

Didn't work. I booted with a cd and used a cmd to edit the threshold.

How does one go about locking out users anyhow?

I don't really know.. i rebooted after messing with msconfig and only my guest account was there.
