No, there isn't sorry. And it isn't possible and it would also be a privacy breach. You just can't tell who blocked you or who is appearing offline.

well Rik i know people who have this programme, actually i have a website that shows u who had deleted u

You can see who has deleted you by Plus! in the Contact List clean up. But there is no legal program that shows who is hidden.

I think I've found a bit of a flaw with this tbh, but I want to discuss it with Cookie before I post any findings or details
