Why when I open Log Viewer from chatting window,
the chatlog will be opened by firefox automatically?
I haven't use the regedit.exe!

Now please check if Log Viewer.exe is in Messenger Plus! Live's installation folder with the exact same name (C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live in Windows XP mostly). If not, reinstall Messenger Plus! Live.
