How can i convert grey area to black(like middle)?

It is the picture 636. Either change it in the style file 923 or replace it with a black image.

i have another skin(plus!patch) but there is no style file and image :S

Then you must read the documentation first. It is hard to understand what I mean if you know only a little. But it is very easy, just read section "Using Pictures"

Plus!Patch does not touch images, all it does is apply patching options like mess patch so you will not see any images. It will touch mainly definition files since thats what you have to edit to hide stuff.

If you want something to base it off, give Open Live a try. Its something I made to make skinning a lot easier (only if you are making it for WLM 8.5 that is). Images are all nicely labeled and in directories.

i solve the problem.
i deleted images (636 and 637) from skininfo.xml :D
i'm not making a new skin.i edited a skin a little.but i don't like any parts.
