I have installed Msgplus again with no scripts.
However, Msn randomly signs out for whatever reason. It only happens though when im either on a game or away from my computer.
I cant figure out the problem so I installed a auto signin script. I was just in my friends room and i was litterally signing in and out every second and it was spamming my contacts with sign in/out messages.
Is there a feature in Msn or Msg+ that signs you out if your idle for so long or something?
I really need to find the solution to this problem, its driving me mad

It sounds like someone has gained access to the password for your MSN account, and is not using your account to send spam messages to everyone on your contact list.
The easiest way, and also the best way is to change your password right away

It could also be a problem with your internet connection/connection to the Messenger service.
You lose connection, so you sign out
WLM detects the connection again and tries to reconnect you.
Then you lose the connection again
Lather, Rince, Repeat.
Maybe the WLM troubleshooter can help.
Are you on a wireless connection? Changing your password couldn't hurt either.

Indeed, ther is no indication at all that someone has your password.
If someone else was signing in with your account, you would have got the toast popup message "Messenger signed in on another location, click here to sign in again".
All the things you've said point directly to connection problems.

tried out already a lot >.<
still no solution
