Hope you can help.
After i have installed plus if I minimise the current window and open up any other application and minimise that the current chat window pops up everytime.
Hope that makes sense?

The best thing you can do is using Win logo key+M or D to minimize the last open window on your desktop while you have a messenger conversation window minimized in your taskbar while tabbed chats are enabled.
