I've used the search and I've found nothing. When I change my colour in my name my friends cant see it only i can. Do they have to have Messenger Plus too? I know they have messenger live but I dont know what the problem is can you guys help?

Yes, they need to have Messenger Plus too, otherwise they won't see the colour.
