2. everytime I try to add someone to my list I can't see him / her being online and he / she can't see me being online neither (even though I am online!)

3. when I try to cam with someone it gets cancelled.

4. I don't get an invitiation of someone tries to add me.

Hi, welcome to the forum.

Try turning your router off for a couple minutes, then turn it back on. Check your firewall or anti-virus isn't blocking it. Uninstall WLM, restart your pc, then install it. Make sure you don't have any add-ons, such as SweetIM, Smiley Central, etc. which can mess up WLM.

Please don't put your subject as "I NEED HELP!!!" etc. to get attention. You're more likely to get help if you relate the title to your problem.
Also, you posted in the Messenger Plus! Live Help & Support forum. You should of posted in the Windows Live Messenger forum.

Or...After you uninstall WLM make a clean of system and registry with CCleaner. So, restart your Windows and reinstall WLM 8.5 final version.

That wont solve much. Appart from removing some temporary files, cleaners like that will NOT fix or remove the registry keys involved if that is what you're using them for.

Registry cleaners are designed to do other stuff and should only be used if you actually know what they exactly do. Otherwise you might do more damage (to other components in your Windows installation which you even don't have any idea of) than solving anything.....

CCleaner could be used to remove some temporary files (even then you should be carefull what you delete) but that wont solve these issues. And especially not any registry key issues related to WLM.

To make a completely clean install:
