I posted this a while ago and got a program but it never turned out as I wanted it so here I go again:
I want a program that will automatically change quotes that I have in a textfile every X minute. When I start MSN I want it to automatically start and I would also like a menu thing so I can start and stop it when I want to. I also want on the menu the link to the textfile and a submenu so I can edit the minutes.

that does pretty much what you want, except it's not a text file, you have to input the messages yourself, but everything else is what you want
