WLM 8.5 only has XML (sorry, not txt) format logs. WLM 9.0 may be another story, although I'm sure you're aware that WLM 9.0 BETA is not supported fully

The Plus! log viewer can already show Messenger's XML logs.

What do you exactly mean by syncronizing? Because with syncronizing I understand making both folders having the exact same files. And what is the point in that? To have two files of every log?

Simply point your log folder in Messenger to the same directory you use in Plus! if you want all the logs in the same place. Otherwise, use one or the other. Again, I dunno what you exactly mean so... but what I understand from it, it seems very pointless.

What you might mean, and be a bit more usefull is a converter to convert Messenger logs to Plus! logs. But that is something completely different to what you've just requested. And that simply requires an altered XSL file which you put in your Messenger log directory, no external program or internal change required.

I ment that some Messenger logs are not in Plus! logs and visaversa. Do a copy of them (yes have 2 files of the same history)

The point is:

1: Backup purposes
2: When Plus! doesnt work

I see, well in that case, that is not realy syncronizing.

But anyways, simply point your Messenger log directory to the same directory as the Plus! logging directory. The only thing you wont have is the same kind of archiving (for which you can easly write a script instead).

Making this a Plus! feature seems, to me at least, somewhat pointless and not very usefull.
