Hi,
I have installed msg plus as I was under the impression that my contacts would be able to view my personal message even when I am not online, but this still doesn't seem to be happening.
Can anyone help with this please?

uh, who told you that was a feature of plus?

I thought I read it. Did I get it wrong? Is there no way for contacts to view personal messages when you are offline?

This is something built into Messenger its self. A lot of the time though, what happens is that the personal message may revert to one from quite a while ago if your contacts haven't received your information yet. Also, if they haven't been online since you changed your information, then they will not see your information until you are both online at the same time. Information is only sent between the two of you when you are both logged on.
