I'm making a program with useful plus tools. Can i use some plus logos and/or icons?
This will not be a script but a program in C# or Visual Basic.

I didnt say but the tools is for Plus only? So it is about plus but not script or skins? So it's still a no?

I HIGHLY agree with you point there. HIGHLY. But,
I'm better with Visual Basic than JS so i would feel much more confortable using VB than a pose to JS.

VB is too easy. It does everything for you. Do stuff PROPERLY
