If someone has blocked me, will I be able to see her name in the list of "Show contacts who have you in list"?

You will be able to see her in that list but you will not be able to see her status as if she has blocked you, you will always see her as offline. 
You can check that yourself. Tell a friend to block you, check if he is on the list and then tell him to unblock you.
