as all of you know, in the latest ver of Msn the DP is in the left side instead
of the right side .. is there a identical skin that only 'change' the DP position ?

This is possible, but as yet no skins for the new WLM 14 beta have been made public.
I'm sure that in due course there will be skins released to do this (I know for a fact that Willz is working on a skin that can do this)

Yes, there is at least one skin in progress which can do this
