Hi,
is there any way or any script which would show if anyone opens a chat-window (but don't write a message) with me?

Notifiers are very unreliable and they no longer work correctly.
StuffPlug offers this feature, however that is also very unreliable. See here.
You can try download a typing notifier script here (bottom of post).
