Found another website that claims to be connected to msgplus!, but is actually just a spyware/adware ridden website.
http://lambardini-.diez.bij.pl/ msgplus.html < DO NOT OPEN THIS LINK, Can infect your PC with Malware.

Reported the URL to both Firefox and Internet Explorer's phishing filters.
If more people do the same it might work:
FF: Help > Report Web Forgery...
IE: Tools > Phishing Filter > Report This Website
BTW: It only redirected me to a spyware installer page the first time, now it just says "under construction" and shows an Adult Friendfinder banner.
