Depends on the site, some might use you hostname to detect language, but most sites (including msgpluslive.net) just use your browser's preferences...

Clear your cookies first.
IE: Tools > Internet Options > General > Languages > Add the language you want and put it on top
FF: Tools > Options > Content > Languages > Add the language you want and put it on top (or use the Quick Locale Switcher add-on)

Did you clear your cookies? Also, make sure you're visiting msgpluslive.net, other TLDs will go directly to their specific translations.

Yes.
Just didn't work with Chrome... (FF/IE7 and of course, Safari, but in Safari it's set to US English by default...)
I used to acess msgpluslive.net with Safari, it showed up in English, it was fine.
Then, started using Chrome, and saw that (for-me-)weird Portugal-Portuguese translation =X Really annoying...

(Edit; worked after restart Chrome ¬¬ My bad)
