MSNdiscoveryfuckingup by vivienn on 01-12-2009 at 11:05 PM

right so i have msn discovery with msn plus on the latest msn (msn9)
i have all my conersations in a single tab.

basically when/if i close down a convo, the tab is still there but i cant reopen it, ie if i was talkign to adam, and closed down convo, the tab would still be there but if he says somehting a new tab opens up. so i could end up with 20 tabs but only say 6 active ones.

or i could sign out of msn, withy 20tabs,andwheni sign back in, i still have the 20 tabs. any siggestions?!  thanks  xxx

Messenger Discovery isn't compatible with the latest Windows Live Messenger 2009 (build 14.0.1202), as it says on their forum:

quote:
I'm sure by now everyone has seen or used WLM 9.0 (or "2009"), as you may notice MessengerDiscovery 1.5 crashes or simply doesn't work with this version.
So remove it, otherwise it will cause problems.

If you want help with Messenger Discovery, you're better going to the MessengerDiscovery Forums.

Windows Live Messenger, Messenger Plus! Live and Messenger Discovery are all developed by seperate people, just because an update for one has been released it doesn't mean that all of the others will be updated too :)

Windows Live Messenger 2009's only compatible add-on (at the time of writing) is Messenger Plus! Live's beta version available from the download page.

Messenger Discovery has been known to cause several compatibility issues with Messenger Plus! Live, so to avoid problems decide which you want more.....and uninstall the other :)

as you don't seem to have read (or taken in at least) the last couple of posts, maybe it in big and bold will help.

its Messenger Discovery, not msn Discovery
