I would like to know if anyone knows how to enable 3D graphics in VMWare Server? I know it can be done in the latest version of VMWare Workstation, but i cant seem to do it with VMWare Server =/

Help would be much appreciated :)

why would you want to run 3d apps in a vm :p

Well I just want to be able to do it, so i can test some applications in a vm if i dont want to install them on my actual pc.

I also want to be able to enable things like Aero, but im not sure if that will be able to be done by solving my current problem.

Add the following to the configuration (.vmx) file for the virtual machine:

mks.enable3d = TRUE
