I have noticed that when using the transparency options the main messenger window becomes surrounded by a standard windows frame. This then disappears when the transparency options are turned off, the main window closed and then reopened.

Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3 with all known updates.
WLM9 (Build 14.0.8050.1202).
MSG Plus! V.4.79.0.353 (BETA)
Apart from this one issue I have found no other current bugs or errors.
If this issue has already been addressed or covered and a fix is in the works (if possible) then I apologise for the repeat.

That will be fixed in the final 4.80 version

I can confirm the bug... I also experienced this and its really annoying thing 
This is not limited to XP, same glitch exists in Vista and 7 as well.
Ive noticed that it appears only after you resize any window in transparency mode.

version 4.80 is out and the bug is fixed.
